Legado is hiring its first Senior Director of Partnerships. Legado is entering a transformative phase and is looking for the right leader to think big, collaborate, and execute alongside its global leadership team. The Senior Director will develop and own the strategy for engaging with potential partners and users, playing a key role as Legado significantly expands the reach of its community-led change methodology. This role calls for someone who thrives on building relationships and has the strategic judgment to know which ones matter most. Location: Remote and flexible; candidates based in Africa, or in nearby time zones, are strongly encouraged to apply. Legado especially encourages applications from people historically underrepresented in leadership in conservation and international development, including leaders from the Global Majority and those with lived experience of the communities the organisation works alongside.
