Endeavor Canada is a small, high-trust, high-performance team supporting ambitious technology entrepreneurs across Canada who are building globally competitive companies. The Manager, Entrepreneur Experience works directly with founders, investors, board members and the global Endeavor network across 50+ markets to identify exceptional founders early, support them deeply, and build community around them. The role sits closer to founder selection, strategic relationship building and ecosystem intelligence than to traditional account management or events.
Key responsibilities:
- Entrepreneur selection: co-own the Canadian entrepreneur selection pipeline; source high-potential founders through VCs, accelerators, existing Endeavor Entrepreneurs and ecosystem leaders; lead founder evaluations and due diligence to Endeavor's global selection standards; prepare candidates for International Selection Panels and advise throughout the process.
- Support Endeavor Entrepreneurs: manage a portfolio of Endeavor Entrepreneurs as their primary Endeavor contact; understand their priorities, growth challenges and opportunities; facilitate connections within Endeavor's global mentor and investor network; maintain ongoing engagement with founders and leadership teams.
- Build the Canadian Endeavor community: design and run curated events for founders, board members, mentors, investors and ecosystem leaders; run peer programming such as CEO Roundtables and founder peer groups; track engagement and outcomes.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of professional experience, or an equivalent mix of post-secondary education and professional experience
- Genuine enthusiasm for entrepreneurship and company building; strong business acumen
- Track record of designing and running high-caliber events or communities for founders, executives or senior leaders
- High autonomy, strong organizational skills and attention to detail; comfort navigating ambiguity
- Excellent cross-cultural communication; fluency in English required, French a strong asset
- Willingness to travel frequently across Canada and occasionally internationally
- Must live in a major Canadian city and be eligible to live and work in Canada
Position details: Full-time, 40 hours/week, hybrid; start date as soon as possible; compensation $80,000 to $100,000 CAD per year plus a performance-based bonus of up to 15% and employer RRSP matching of up to 5% of salary.
