DRC is a leading protection agency with a mandate to protect, advocate and promote durable solutions for displacement affected populations, operating in Ukraine since 2014 with over 800 staff. DRC seeks a highly qualified Grants Management Specialist to join its team in Kyiv. The GMS will work with the grants team to ensure donor requirements for ongoing and proposed projects are communicated to relevant departments, support the Grants Management Manager in identifying and preparing new funding opportunities, generate high quality donor reports and materials, and support project cycle processes such as kick-off and close-out meetings. Responsibilities include analyzing donor guidelines and grant agreements, collaborating with program, finance, and MEAL teams to prepare accurate narrative and financial reports, managing submission timelines, supporting proposal development and donor communications materials, and conducting capacity-building training for partners and staff on donor reporting requirements. Requirements: minimum 3 years of relevant experience in grants management with donors such as ECHO, DMFA, OCHA, SIDA; a Master's degree in administration, international relations, or another relevant field; experience in both humanitarian and development contexts; proficiency in English. Desirable: experience in the Ukraine humanitarian context and previous experience in INGOs. Contract length is 12 months renewable after a 3-month probation period, Band G non-management, duty station Kyiv, start date November 2026, salary starting from EUR 2574 gross per month depending on experience.
