The Program Associate (Private and Corporate Sector Engagement) at WWF-Bhutan provides operational support, execution and coordination across the office's private sector engagement, corporate donor relations, stewardship and communications portfolios. The role ensures corporate and private donor commitments are translated into concrete action plans, measurable conservation outcomes and sustained stakeholder engagement.
 
Three primary functions: (1) Private Sector and Corporate Engagement (primary focus): operational, administrative and relationship-management support for corporate donors and business entities, including Gelephu Mindfulness City, and implementation of formal partnership agreements; (2) Communications and Marketing: support for social media, newsletters (Panda Quarterly), the WWF-Bhutan calendar, archives and print/digital collateral using Adobe Creative Suite and Canva; (3) Environmental Education and Stewardship: logistics and administrative support for youth outreach, volunteer and citizen-science activities and the Panda Explore: WWF-Bhutan Learning Centre.
 
Key duties include supporting corporate partnership agreements and donor stewardship, preparing fundraising assets and pitch decks, documenting environmental and social risk assessments under the ESSF, coordinating events, workshops and travel logistics, and processing post-event documentation and financial settlements.
 
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in communications, business administration, environmental science, environmental education or a related field; 4 years of relevant experience in communications, program support or environmental education; proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Canva, digital communication tools, stakeholder database management and social media analytics; strong interpersonal, facilitation and event coordination skills; excellent written and spoken English; proficiency in Dzongkha and other national languages; willingness to travel to field offices and project sites; alignment with WWF's values of Courage, Integrity, Respect and Collaboration.
