DRC is a leading protection agency with a mandate to protect, advocate and promote durable solutions for displacement affected populations. DRC has operated in Ukraine since 2014, currently employing over 800 staff implementing emergency response in Protection, Livelihoods, Shelter/NFIs and Humanitarian Disarmament and Peacebuilding sectors. DRC is looking for a Supply Chain Team Leader in Barvinkove. Duties include managing procurement and tender processes at Base level ensuring compliance with DRC procedures, Ukrainian legislation and donor requirements; supplier and contractor management; procurement documentation and reporting; coordinating supply chain operations including requisitioning, receiving, storing and issuing goods; warehouse and stock management; fixed assets and equipment management; overseeing fleet operations including vehicle maintenance and driver management; managing fuel and generator operations; preparing supply chain and inventory reports; and leading and managing the Supply Chain team including recruitment, performance management and training. Requires at least 3 years of experience in logistics or procurement, including at least 1 year of team management experience, a diploma or relevant certification in Supply Chain Management or related field, familiarity with procurement and logistics principles, fluency in Ukrainian, and confidence in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. English is desirable. Contract length is a 3-month probationary period with possibility of extension; Band G-manager; start date October/November 2026; salary starting from EUR 2,373 gross per month depending on experience and qualifications.
