Village Enterprise's mission is to end extreme poverty in rural Africa through entrepreneurship, innovation, and collective action, empowering women, refugees, and youth to launch small businesses and savings groups. The Instructional Design Coordinator (IDC) supports the end-to-end design, adaptation, and quality assurance of learning solutions within Village Enterprise's Technical Assistance (TA) portfolio, ensuring tools, curricula, and learning experiences used to deliver the Graduation Approach are contextually grounded, human-centered, and scalable across government and partner systems. Responsibilities include designing and adapting learning materials and curricula, developing engaging digital and blended learning solutions, coordinating co-design projects and stakeholder collaboration, ensuring instructional quality through reviews and evaluations, maintaining curriculum repositories, and strengthening the capacity of facilitators and partners through coaching and training-of-trainers. Requires a degree in Instructional Design, Education, Adult Learning, Organizational Learning, or related field, plus 3+ years of hands-on experience in curriculum development and blended learning solutions for both instructor-led and self-paced training. Experience with e-learning authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Rise 360, H5P) is required. Strong leadership, communication, and project coordination skills are essential.
