One Acre Fund seeks an exceptional project management professional with 3-5+ years of experience to support scaling the Trees program to reach 2 million farmers by 2030. The Nigeria program, established in 2018 and headquartered in Minna, Niger state, serves over 100,000 unique farmers via inputs-on-credit, inputs-on-cash, and free tree seedling distribution programs. Responsibilities include owning operational data management protocols across seedling production, farmer enrollment and distribution; building data dashboards to track KPIs, inventory and performance; leading expansion mapping and nursery feasibility assessments; standardizing operational launch playbooks; driving process optimization and field technology adoption; managing vendor and logistics relationships; and leading, mentoring and training teams, including recruitment support at state or regional level. Requirements: 3+ years of relevant professional experience including leading teams, field-level project implementation experience, a university degree in Agricultural Economics, Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Data Science, Industrial Engineering, Agroforestry, International Development or a related field, proficiency in dashboarding/data tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, SQL or advanced Excel), experience with mobile data collection platforms (CommCare, ODK, Kobo), strong operations management and strategic problem-solving skills, and demonstrated team management across dispersed locations.
