Key responsibilities include analysing the political and humanitarian context to adapt programming, ensuring quality and timely humanitarian and protection delivery, coaching staff and empowering the Country Management Group, promoting accountability, ethics and safeguarding, leading advocacy efforts, and serving proactively in the Regional Management Group. Requirements include a minimum of 5 years' experience as a Senior Manager/Country Director in a humanitarian/recovery context, experience in complex and volatile contexts, documented results, strong leadership skills, fluency in English, and a valid driver's license.
