Bodhi Global Analysis is a woman-led international development research consultancy established in London in 2017, with subsidiaries in Nairobi, Singapore, Dar es Salaam, and The Hague. Bodhi has expanded into East Africa and registered a branch in Tanzania, and is seeking a registered Accountant or Company Secretary to handle matters with the Tanzania Revenue Authority (TRA) and the Business Registrations and Licensing Agency (BRELA). The consultant will be engaged either on a retainer or on compensation per project assigned.

Key responsibilities:
- File annual returns with the Business Registrations and Licensing Agency.
- File tax returns with Tanzania Revenue Authority.
- Maintain business address as may be required by BRELA and TRA.

Qualifications and experience:
- A registered Accountant (CPA-T) or Company Secretary.
- A Tanzanian citizen residing in Tanzania.
- Five years' experience in handling tax and secretarial matters and related regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication skills.
