We have an exciting opportunity for a People and Organisational Development Trustee to join our Board of Trustees.
* Are you an experienced people and organisational development professional?
* Do you have leadership experience within a multi country, regional and/or global organisation?
* Are you inspired to help the global church live into its integral mission mandate?
As a Tearfund Trustee you will work as part of the wider Board to set Tearfund's strategic direction, to ensure legal and financial compliance and to oversee Tearfund's operations to effectively pursue its mission. Your experience in organisational development, leading cultural change and your exposure to a range of transformational processes will be crucial in enabling the Board to be satisfied that the responsibilities of Tearfund's People and Culture Group are being performed well.
You will contribute to Tearfund's:
* Evolving identity
* Vision
* Strategy
* Partnerships
* All aspects of governance. In this non-executive, Board-level role, you will bring the benefit of deep professional experience, being able to ask strategic questions regarding approach and impact and offer helpful challenge and an external perspective to the executive team that leads this work.
