The Italy-based National Lead will contribute to strengthening labour mobility pathways and advancing national-level coordination.

Role Summary and Key Functions
The National Lead will play a central role in shaping and advancing labour mobility pathways for displaced populations in Italy. Working under the Vice President of Global Partnerships and alongside the Director for Europe, the role involves close collaboration with national and international stakeholders.

- Coordinating national-level engagement with public authorities and institutional partners
- Supporting strategic planning and implementation of pathway initiatives
- Engaging philanthropic partners to mobilize financial resources
- Advancing innovative financing and operational models within Italy

Candidate Profile and Requirements

Essential Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field such as:

- Policy and political dynamics related to migration
Key Skills and Competencies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Italian

- Strong organizational and project management capabilities
