Mission :

In collaboration with the Head of Fundraising - Digital Marketing, your mission will be to deploy the digital strategy and action plan with the aim of acquiring new donors and increasing fundraising.
In this context, your responsibilities will include:
Defining and implementing the annual acquisition process;
Monitoring and analyzing the annual acquisition process;
Managing legal, budgetary, and administrative issues related to the annual acquisition process;
Representing cross-functional topics related to the acquisition of new donors.

Profile :

You hold a Master's degree in Digital Marketing and have at least 3 years of professional experience in this field.
You possess strong marketing strategy skills and a well-developed digital and media culture. You are proficient in marketing terminology and technical aspects.
You are looking to grow within a team that will allow you to leverage your knowledge and skills to implement effective digital marketing campaigns and projects. Furthermore, you are particularly drawn to the charitable sector and your values align with the cause supported by our organization.
You are proficient in visual design tools such as Photoshop or InDesign. You are skilled in Excel and PowerPoint.
You enjoy being proactive, have a creative mind, and are comfortable working with numbers. You are self-reliant and fully comfortable working remotely.
Motivation and a positive attitude are key for this position.

Employment conditions

Status: Integrated Manager, Grade 7 - Permanent Contract - Full-time
Location: Montreuil (Seine-Saint-Denis)
Salary: €37,000 to €44,000 gross per year over 13 months depending on experience
Seniority bonus after 3 years at headquarters
Benefits: 25 days of paid leave per year and 21 days of RTT (
reduced working time) Health and life insurance coverage: 80% covered by ACF

Transportation allowance: 50% reimbursement of the daily rate between home and work

A mandatory presence at headquarters of 4 days per month has been defined for this position.
Mandatory group in-person meetings are also required. The employer: for meetings and group events (up to 3 days per month) and 2 days of mandatory on-site presence during your integration into the team.
