Founded in 1979, Action Against Hunger is an international non-governmental organization that fights hunger worldwide. Its charter of humanitarian principles—independence, neutrality, non-discrimination, free and direct access to victims, professionalism, and transparency—has defined its identity for 45 years. Its mission is to save lives by eliminating hunger through the prevention, detection, and treatment of undernutrition, particularly during and after emergencies related to conflicts and natural disasters. Mission :
• Reporting to the Training Engineering Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:
• Contributing to the development of e-learning projects on ACF's financial tools;
• Contributing to the creation and delivery of training modules on Articulate Storyline;
• Participating in the development of synopses and storyboards;
• Contributing to project management (collaborating with various stakeholders, subject matter experts, translators, proofreaders, etc., to ensure project progress);
• Participating in the online deployment of training courses on the Learning Management System (LMS) and monitoring activity;
• Contributing to the implementation and improvement of existing training courses;
• Contributing to the implementation and logistical organization of virtual training classes, webinars, face-to-face training, videos, etc.
• Participate in the drafting or review of necessary educational resources (lesson plans, case studies, surveys, quizzes, appendices, etc.).
• Support facilitators and users in learning how to use digital tools (Teams, Wooclap, etc.).
• Provide support for the project to make operating procedures available for all finance processes at ACF (minor task).
• Propose (formal) improvements to operating procedures and finance FAQs.
• Provide support for organizing the distribution of operating procedures.
Profile :
• We are looking for a candidate who shares our commitment and possesses the following qualities:
• You are currently pursuing a higher education degree in Instructional Design (e-learning) or Media Engineering for Education.
• You are curious, motivated, and comfortable with digital tools. You are known for your ability to work with diverse IT environments, including managing LMS platforms and using authoring software (you may already be proficient with the Articulate 360 suite!).
• You are creative, independent, and possess strong writing skills. You can design high-quality educational content while working effectively in a team.
• You are proactive, able to manage priorities, and propose innovative ideas. You are particularly motivated by the humanitarian sector and adult education.
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written, is essential!
Employment conditions
Status: Professional training or apprenticeship contract
Duration: 12 or 24 months
Location: Montreuil (Seine-Saint-Denis)
Desired schedule: 3 days at ACF - 2 days at school
Salary Conditions:
Remuneration based on the legal minimum wage (percentage of the minimum wage depending on age and level of education) over 13 months;
21 days of paid time off (prorated to time spent in the organization);
Health and life insurance coverage: 80% covered by ACF;
Transportation: 50% covered by the flat rate for commuting between home and work;
Meal vouchers: 60% covered by the association (value of €8);

Remote work: Open to everyone within metropolitan France, our remote work policy defines the job activities that require mandatory time spent at the association's headquarters, and allows you to choose to work remotely for the remainder of your time.
To this end, a mandatory presence at headquarters of 3 days per month has been defined for this position. Time spent at headquarters will also be dedicated to team activities: an average of 3 days per month for meetings and team events, and 2 days of mandatory presence during the first 6 weeks of your integration into the team.
