The European Cooperative Society of Collective Interest “Humanitarian Logistics Cooperative,” also known as “hulo,” is the first humanitarian cooperative founded in June 2021. Led by humanitarian organizations and regularly welcoming new members, hulo aims to improve the impact of humanitarian aid by strengthening collaboration and implementing joint projects in the countries where it operates. At hulo, we believe that sharing and pooling resources and expertise among organizations contributes to increasing the performance of humanitarian logistics and the supply chain.
Our work is based on a collaborative and participatory approach, collective intelligence, and the facilitation of a community of practice. All our activities are structured around a common objective, involving several autonomous and interdependent stakeholders who cooperate horizontally. Governance is distributed, based on consultation, shared responsibility, and voluntary commitment.
In our seven countries of operation, spread across three regions, we implement joint initiatives in the areas of procurement, human resources, and the environment. In support of humanitarian organizations, we coordinate shared international humanitarian transport initiatives to address the most critical humanitarian crises. Finally, we are constantly developing digital solutions to serve the humanitarian community.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Within the Digital Projects Department, you will join the Link V2 Project team.
The department comprises around twenty people (internal resources and external contractors) with diverse expertise (Web Project Managers, Technical Manager, UI/UX Design Coordinator, Back-end and Front-end Developers, etc.), responsible for designing and maintaining applications made available to humanitarian actors. Currently, the teams are working on the design and deployment of three tools: " Shared Resources " (a mobile application for exchanging resources and services between NGOs), " Transport by Hulo " (a tool for managing shared transport), and " Link " (a tool for managing the supply chain of humanitarian organizations).
The Link V2 Project consists of transforming a Supply Chain management solution for a given organization into a multi-client platform, available to the entire humanitarian sector.
General objective of the position :
Strengthen the LINK V2 team on writing and executing acceptance tests, writing user documentation, and supporting the integration of new organizations.
Specific issues and challenges :
• Develop the roadmap to make the LINK V2 solution available as quickly as possible, ensuring the quality of deliverables.
• Strengthen documentation capabilities on the application, and the capacity to support organizations to assist with the scaling up of upcoming deployments.
Main tasks:
Under the direction of the Link V2 Project Manager and the Link V2 Integration and Deployment Project Manager, and in close coordination with the functional and technical teams, your responsibilities will include:
• Write up the recipe books and create the functional recipe
• Write application documentation and support organizational deployments
• Contributing to the design of Link V2
• Contribute to post-deployment support and application maintenance
YOUR PROFILE
Education/Experience :
• Logistics profile with a specialization in IT projects
• At least 2 years of experience in an application support or IT testing role.
• Experience in supply chain and the humanitarian sector is highly desirable
• Knowledge of the Link V1 solution is a significant advantage
Required skills :
• Design and implementation of a functional testing strategy for a software solution
• Writing user guides and training materials
• User support for a software solution
• Fluency in French and English is essential.
• Proficiency in Spanish is an asset
• Effective communication

HULO WILL OFFER YOU THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS
A full-time salaried position
• Based in Montreuil with the possibility of working remotely in mainland France.
• Permanent employment contract under French law.
• Executive status with an annual fixed rate based on 1607 hours per year.
• Salary conditions:
• Gross annual salary: €37,550 over 13 months
• 22 days of RTT (reduced working time) per year
• AXA Mutual and Personal Protection Insurance (100% covered by Hulo)
• Meal vouchers: face value of €8, 60% covered by Hulo
• Specific conditions and skills: prolonged sitting, oral expression, work on a screen, telephone contact.
