About the Role

The Indonesian Philanthropy Association (PFI) is seeking a highly experienced professional to join as Executive Director. This role will lead the Secretariat in executing organizational strategy, managing programs, and ensuring the sustainability and growth of the organization in alignment with PFI’s vision and mission.

Key Responsibilities

Lead overall organizational operations, including programs, administration, and resource management
Implement policies established by the Board of Management
Develop and execute the organization’s strategic plan
Prepare and manage annual work plans and budgets
Develop and implement fundraising strategies to ensure organizational sustainability
Drive performance through a result-based management approach
Build and expand cross-sector partnerships
Prepare periodic program and financial reports for the Board
Oversee organizational governance, including finance and human resources
Lead and develop cross-functional teams
Represent the organization in external engagements at national and international levels

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in a relevant field
Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in nonprofit, philanthropy, CSR, or community development sectors
Proven experience in fundraising and partnership development
Strong understanding of organizational governance, financial management, and HR management
Excellent managerial, communication, and negotiation skills
Experience in program management, advocacy, and project management
Ability to operate both strategically and operationally
Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) & Google Workspace
