Founded in 1979, Action Against Hunger is an international non-governmental organization that fights hunger worldwide. Its charter of humanitarian principles—independence, neutrality, non-discrimination, free and direct access to victims, professionalism, and transparency—has defined its identity for 45 years. Its mission is to save lives by eliminating hunger through the prevention, detection, and treatment of undernutrition, particularly during and after emergencies related to conflicts and natural disasters. Mission :
- Under the supervision of the Finance, Training, and Projects Manager, you will ensure the implementation, in country offices, of accounting software that meets the functional needs and legal requirements of Action Against Hunger's countries of operation.
- Your responsibilities will include:
- Planning and managing the "Field Accounting System (SYSTER)" project in coordination with other ongoing projects and all stakeholders;
- analyzing functional and technical requirements;
- overseeing the selection and implementation of the solution;
- planning and implementing change management activities;
- and analyzing the impact of the change on users in country offices, regions, and headquarters.

Profile :
- You have experience as a Project Manager and field experience in finance roles.
- You are familiar with the NGO sector and ideally with Action Against Hunger.
- Organized and meticulous, you are able to unite teams around a common goal.
- You possess excellent written and oral communication skills and are fluent in English.
Employment conditions
- Status: Integrated Manager, Grade 5 - 18-month fixed-term contract - Full-time
- Location: Montreuil (Seine-Saint-Denis)
- Salary: €46,000 to €55,000 gross per year over 13 months depending on experience
- Benefits: 25 days of paid leave per year and 21 days of RTT (
