Thesis: ‘Peacebuilding and Conflict Resolution: Indigenous Traditions and Practices in India.’
This research-intensive degree, conducted in India, included both desk and field research. It examined approaches to peacebuilding among two major groups: members of Indic religions and cultures (including Hinduism, Buddhism, Jainism and Sikhism) and those practicing Tribal belief systems.
Master of Arts (Research-based)

Dissertation: ‘The European Union and the Root Causes of Islamist Terrorism.’
A primarily desk-based research project, though also drawing on previous experience of working in the Middle East. This research was funded through the Anna Lindh Fellowship, awarded by Irish Aid.
