Professional Experience:
As a person and as a professional, my main goal is to build environments that are socially equitable, environmentally sustainable, and economically accessible. Since the beginning of my career, I have pursued this vision in diverse contexts, and with progressively greater responsibilities, ensuring that my work contributed meaningfully to the communities and clients I serve.
Over the past 20+ years, I have managed and contributed to projects across sectors: WASH, essential services, and urban planning. My expertise lies in designing and implementing tailored solutions, leading multidisciplinary teams, and navigating complex environments such as conflict zones, post-disaster recovery, and regions affected by multidimensional poverty. I have gained these experiences with different organizations: the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC), UNIDO, various NGOs, and private sector entities, including my personal firm (which I established after graduating).
Currently, as a Social Services Expert with UNIDO, I provide advisory services for programs in essential services (water, sanitation, electricity supply, health, education, and housing) aimed at poverty alleviation and inclusive development. These include initiatives in Rural Sindh, Pakistan, focusing on sustainable livelihoods and essential services, and slum communities in Manila, Philippines, promoting resilience and development. My role involves designing frameworks and solutions aligned with development goals. Simultaneously, with the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC), I lead the development of an innovative serious game designed to enhance decision-making in humanitarian contexts.
Looking ahead, my dedication to building equitable and sustainable environments continues to guide my professional and personal growth.
