Professional Experience:

As a senior Associate at Genesis, I have worked on a range of projects aimed at supporting organisations and governments at various levels to understand, evaluate and improve education systems and plan for sector development. I have served as an evaluation specialist on landscape study on the educational context of the global study which sought to provide an extensive snapshot of the state of education - from ECE to Higher Education and provided insights on access, quality and equity in
education across the member states. In this capacity, I developed the analytical framework and also assisted the team to produce 28 education country reports including for Ethiopia, Jordan, Niger, and Palestine. Similarly, I was the Lead Researcher and Project Manager and author of multiple education focused country-level analytics for GPE, including for Nigeria, Mali, Malawi and Zambia.

I am equally committed to working more closely on education projects which are aimed at improving learning outcomes. I currently manage an evaluation of a Catch-Up remedial program in Luapula province, Zambia. In this role, I oversee the data collection, analysis and synthesis of findings for the baseline, midline and endline evaluation. I currently support the Working Group to be established by the Montenegrin Ministry of Education, Science and Innovation, Science and Innovation to prepare a comprehensive and costed Education Reform Strategy (2025 – 2035) with a solid and clear financing framework, as well as develop a budgeted Action Plan (2025 – 2027).
