As Head of Operation & Maintenance at Dhaka Elevated Expressway, Bangladesh’s first elevated expressway, I demonstrated my capabilities in overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless toll collection, traffic management, and infrastructure maintenance. I successfully implemented advanced technologies, optimized processes, and developed long-term strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. My focus on emergency response planning, compliance with safety standards, and stakeholder engagement contributed significantly to the project's success.
At Highway Concessions One Private Limited (HC1), I served as Assistant General Manager, where I planned, coordinated, and monitored operational, financial, and maintenance activities. I implemented best practices to improve cost efficiency and quality standards, driving additional revenue generation and successfully deploying a Hybrid Toll System to increase electronic toll collection (ETC) traffic. During my tenure at Larsen & Toubro Infrastructure Development Projects Ltd. (L&TIDPL), as a Project Manager, I played a pivotal role in managing large-scale infrastructure projects. At GMR Group, as Manager of Toll Operations, I was instrumental in planning, developing, and executing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and operational manuals for major toll projects. These included the Ambala-Chandigarh Highway, Farookhnagar-Jadcherla Highway, and Tindivanam-Ulundurpet Highway. I optimized toll revenue through strategic planning and process improvements, while ensuring compliance with NHAI standards. My focus on user satisfaction, employee performance evaluation, and resource optimization reflected my comprehensive approach to project management.
