Professional Experience:

Since December 2023, I have worked as a consultant specializing in Gender Equality and Social Inclusion (GESI) while also managing Environmental and Social Management Frameworks (ESMF) and assessing E&S risks for projects with organizations such as Conservation International (CI), IUCN, and the United Nations Environment Program (UNEP). My contributions include designing gender-responsive strategies, developing social safeguards, and fostering stakeholder engagement. Notable projects include wetlands conservation in Timor-Leste, food systems transformation in Palau, and climate finance initiatives in the Congo Basin (REDD+ and ecosystem services).

Previously, at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), I served as a Gender-Based Violence and Harassment (GBVH) advisor, where I developed the bank’s first GBVH risk assessment, integrated GBVH safeguards into projects, and provided technical support for policies and client engagement. At the UK Energy Research Centre (UKERC), I led the development of the organization's gender strategy, created a monitoring and evaluation framework to track progress, and produced impact case studies that secured extended funding for the organization.

With a distinction-awarded MSc in Environment and Development from LSE and international experience across continents, I bring expertise in managing inclusive, sustainable initiatives and assessing environmental and social risks in diverse contexts.

Education:

I hold a MSc in Environment and Development from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) - Distinction, Joint Award Winner of the MSc in Environment and Development Best Dissertation Prize (Graduated in 2021)

I also hold a BSc in Business and Social Sciences from Copenhagen Business School (CBS)
