Professional Experience:

I am a Gender Advisory consultant working on programs and policies that help private sector companies increase female workforce and leadership participation and address gender-based violence concerns. Leveraging my expertise in communications, I also develop newsletters, talking points for senior management, and author case studies, reports and blogs, as well as scripts for impact videos. I am also skilled in market research including creating discussion guides, surveys, conducting focus groups and delivering reports on respondents' perceptions on brands, social issues and other topics. Based on my experience, I actively contribute to social development projects as a project manager, researcher or communications specialist.
