Professional Experience: |
I am regularly creating and disseminating content on politics, democracy and good governance in India. Recently, I have campaigned vigorously online to support INDIA alliance in recently concluded national general elections of India, at my individual level and with other like minded groups, consisting of friends, NGO colleagues, social and political activists and feel proud that due to these united individual efforts, INDIA alliance succeeded in winning 234 out of 543 seats. This voluntary assignment gives satisfaction that we did our best to save our democracy from dictatorship regime and post elections, the winning coalition became weak, which strengthened Indian democracy and now there is no major threat to its secular, socialist, republic sovereignty. The type of work in which I got engaged was related to positive narrative building, exposing misinformation and passing on correct information during all important phases of election time, securely promoting idea of vibrant democracy on all possible social media platforms, influencing people in my small social network, building public opinion in favour of vibrant democratic principles, capacity building of like minded people & empowering them by providing the content they want to circulate in their social network and on their social media platforms.
In my 20 years career, I have successfully managed and implemented several programs and projects in collaboration with various stakeholders, such as the Earthia program, which aimed to form a single World Government, and the ADR Maharashtra Election Watch flagship program, which won a national CSO Democracy award for creating voter awareness & Informed Voting. I have also produced well-researched quality documents and reports on various electoral and political reforms in India. It has been pride to work with ADR, which is a national think tank and election watch dog, and played key role in exposing electoral bond scam and taking strategic litigations strengthening democracy, to take to its logical end.

1. Masters in Social Work (MSW) with Community Development specialization in academic year 1997-99 with First Class grade
2. Cleared National Educational Test (NET) exam in first attempt in year 1999, which is mandatory to become Professor in Universities/Degree Colleges in India. This qualification is superior to Ph.D (Doctorate)
3. Passed PG diploma in Right to Information (RTI) in 2016 (First class)
4. Passed Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) degree in 1994 with Pass class
5. Passed XII in year 1991 with Second Class
6. Passed X in year 1989 with First Class

Affiliations and Achievements: |
Due to our team's work in which I played key role as Senior Program Associate, while working with a national NGO, we got Democracy award one each from the Election Commission of India, New Delhi, and Maharashtra State Election Commission in year 2015 and 2019 respectively.
I had prepared and submitted a Base Paper on various Electoral & Political reforms that formed an integral part of Compendium for the national conference on Democracy organized in 2017 (please refer page numbers 39 to 74 of link https://s3.ap-south-1.amazonaws.com/idegg.org/download/resourcesBooks/Conference+Compedium+2017+English.pdf )
I created and released more than 70 Election Watch reports which can be accessed here https://adrindia.org/content/maharashtra-local-body-reports. 95% of these reports were local body elections reports of Maharashtra.
On request of the then Hon. State Election Commissioner of Maharashtra Shri Jageshwar S.
