Professional Experience:

I have more than five years progressive experience in monitoring and evaluation, working with various international organizations. I have also been providing specialist guidance in coordination of projects and establishment of effective and workable community-based complaints and feedback system that ensured information sharing and community participation.

I am a team player, good communicator, hard worker, attentive to details and goal oriented. I am also proactive in implementing monitoring and evaluation frameworks in various sectors including education, agriculture, food security, livelihoods, WASH, child protection, SRHR and economic empowerment. I also possess diverse knowledge in distinct qualitative and quantitative analytical packages including SPSS, NVivo, SAS, CS-Pro, R-Programming and Microsoft Office packages especially Excel and Power Point amongst others.

Education:

I have a Masters Degree (MSc) in Biostatistics from the University of Glasgow, United Kingdom and a First-Class BSc (Hons) in Operations Research and Statistics from the National University of Science and Technology, Zimbabwe. Both degrees involved a great deal of independent research, self-motivation and a wide range of statistical analytical skills.

Affiliations and Achievements:

I was awarded University of Glasgow Chancellors Award Scholarship (October 2017), National University of Science and Technology Vice Chancellors Prize (May 2015) and National University of Science and Technology Book Prize (May 2014) during my studies at the university.

I have also developed and implemented various monitoring and evaluation systems for the different programs and projects. I have also facilitated the statistical analysis and visualization of projects data.

In addition, I have been trained in applying People First Impact Methodology in various stages of programs and projects. I have also successful designed and developed gender sensitive and child friendly feedback mechanism tools.
