Professional Experience:
• Development and execution of the HR Strategy in support of the overall organization structures, plans and objectives. This includes talent management, leadership development, succession planning, coaching and mentorship, performance management, Learning & Organizational Development.
• Provision of strategic leadership & direction in all key HR process areas in ways that minimize risk and disruptions while building employee engagement and productivity to maximize returns on investment. This includes budgeting, policy formulation in line with local legislation, compensation & benefits, rewards, and recognition that’s aligned to regional and global governance and aims at building employee engagement and retention.
• Talent Resourcing & Management to meet the Human Capital needs of the organization-Strategic Recruitment, Onboarding, Talent & Succession Planning, Coaching, Mentorship in collaboration with our POD team.
• HR Operations and Administration-Oversee the HR Operations teams in tracking and analyzing HR reports/metrics to identify key trends. HRMIS data quality checks, payroll & benefits administration whilst ensuring employees receive support on a day-to-day basis and are treated as internal customers by leveraging the share service support.
• Culture development, transformation and employee relations-Support and build workplace initiatives around diversity and inclusion, ethics and speak up, change management, employee recognition, employee wellness/work life balance, ensure fair disciplinary, grievance and dispute management process towards building employee engagement.
• In collaboration with our regional global Compensation and Benefits team, inform and guide salary and benefits benchmarking process and ensure employees are well positioned and compensated as per their job.
• Member of the Employee, Health, and Safety Committee that oversees all aspects of safety and security.
• Oversee in country strategic projects as rolled out from global and regional to ensure successful implementation.
• Connect scope of countries in sharing best practices, learnings, and industry trends both from local and regional.
