Professional Experience:

I have extensive management and executive experience in both business and government, including working in multinational environments and a proven ability to adapt quickly to new organizational settings and locations.

I have received Project Management training from the Project Management Institute and completed a master's level course in Project Design and Management. I have significant experience managing projects and portfolios in education and training, equipment procurement and distribution, and organizational change, with resource allocations of up to $100 million.

I am a Prosci certified Change Manager with over ten years of experience, including serving as the Senior Change Manager for the Canadian Military Individual Training and Education system. As CEO of a Canadian First Nation's economic development corporation, I led the reorganization of the nation's business enterprises and created joint partnerships with non-native companies to offer diverse employment opportunities for band members.

In my work with Canadian federal and Territorial government organizations, I designed and implemented a solution to integrate police and mental health services when responding to people in crisis. I have also completed a master's course in Econometric Methods for Development and Applied Methods for Impact Evaluation and have led needs analyses related to career and trade design, training, and education for the Canadian Armed Forces. Additionally, I created a new structure, systems, and authorities for the leadership and management of the training and education of all Canadian Armed Forces members.

I have been an OECD election observer in Ukraine, served as a Poll Supervisor for three polling stations in Canadian national elections and led teams and organizations of up to 300 people, including remote work sites in four countries. I have also led cross-functional project teams in multinational organizations.

I have worked in multinational organizations in Afghanistan, including the NATO Training Mission Afghanistan and the International Stabilization and Assistance Force. Additionally, I have served as the Canadian National Coordinator for the American, British, Canadian, Australian, New Zealand Armies Standardization Program and as an OSCE Election Observer for the Ukrainian Parliamentary Elections 2019.

I have presented at international conferences to audiences of up to 2,000 people, received public relations and media training, and participated in multiple live televised interviews and debates. On behalf of Canada, I have negotiated bi-national and multinational memorandums of understanding and effectively communicated strategic requirements and plans to executives, managers, supervisors, and front-line workers.

Education:

I have an MSc in International Development Management from the University of East Anglia (UK) focusing on project management and monitoring and evaluation. My background education is in Mechanical Engineering, Fashion Design, and Psychology.
