My global talent acquisition experience spans 14+ years, 6 continents and 18 industry sectors with focus areas of planning & strategy, full cycle recruitment and process excellence.
I have been involved in internationally recruiting for organizations – early-stage startups to Fortune 100 companies; and the United Nations.
Thereby, considering quality and costs of manpower at various stages of organizational growth and stature for both technical and non-technical roles across junior, middle, senior and CXO level positions.
My major work involves-
• Sourcing candidates (inbound job adverts or outbound headhunting)
• Assessing candidate applications
• Liaising with internal and external stakeholders (companies, hiring managers, applicants)
• Ensuring a positive customer experience
• Responding to stakeholder queries by email or in meetings
• Interviewing
• Making decisions on selection based on multiple criteria
• Record management - utilizing ATS (applicant tracking system) and MS Office
• Adhering to regulations and service level agreements
My responsibilities have also been onboarding, training and providing constructive feedback.

Managing distributed and multicultural stakeholders, I have worked from India with organizations in Europe and USA aswell as staff from numerous countries and ethnic backgrounds. Thereby, displaying cultural sensitivity and flexibility in mindset while considering diversity of working and communication.
I hold a CIPD Masters in Human Resource Management from London.
I have been the ‘Head Girl’ of high school thereby being a representative of 2000 students to the school management and been awarded the Principal’s award for ‘Best Girl of the School’ which is an indicator of leadership, good communication and high moral character. I have been the recipient of various scholarships for academic excellence and awarded by the British Council for an entrepreneurial stint.
My professional motivation is to enhance my competency by taking part in projects on a global scale. Cross-cultural communication is an aspect of my profession that I enjoy the most.
