• Excellent experience and proven track record in planning, formulation, implementation, management, monitoring and evaluation of numerous PH sector reform programmes and projects in the field of prevention and control of communicable (TB, AIDS) and non-communicable (mother and child health care problems, alcohol addiction, drug use) diseases;
• Proven track record in design and management of TA projects funded by the EU, UN, USAID, SIDA, and other international donors
