Professional Experience:
A public health M&E, systems strengthening and program expert.
Conducting several country evaluations assignments for the past 15 years working with international development agencies and Private partners (PEPFAR, UNAIDS, USAID, GF, USDA, SIDA, World Bank, Gates foundation, MTNF etc.).
•Evaluation of Strategic Information and M&E reviews (including MTR, ETR of country frameworks & NSPs) in thematic area such systems, Education, HIV, TB and Malaria.
•Technical support on Global Fund concept notes, grant proposal and grant making for countries (TSM/UNAIDS)
•Country audits and program evaluations (e.g. GF implementing countries and PEPFAR country interventions)
•Technical support, grant proposals, program reviews and systems strengthening to organizations and country (including) – BMGF, EU, GF, USAID, WB & SIDA (Africa) – Including education, communicable and non-communicable diseases Plan and frameworks
•Technical support and evaluation to public health programs (Tanzania, Nigeria, Zambia, Liberia, Namibia and Kenya)
•Capacity building, program evaluation and systems strengthening to Federal ministries and countries (e.g. Nigeria, Namibia and Liberia, Tanzania, south Africa, etcs)
•National HIV programs evaluation (UNAIDS - Sierra Leone, Namibia and Nigeria)
•Technical support on program dashboard development and database for national programs interventions (e.g. Liberia, Nigeria, Tanzania, etc)
•Development of national M&E plans for national and program level interventions
•Technical expert in project review and impact evaluation for projects (EU, BMGF, IITA, USAID, World bank and SIDA)
•M&E and OD expert - Strengthening oversight capacity for SIDA countries and partners South Africa, Botswana, Kenya, Nigeria, Ivory Coast and Zambia
•Technical support on M&E, systems strengthening, OD, RH and HIV/AIDS (including youth, children and education) in Nigeria, West Africa and other parts of Africa. (Liberia, Kenya, Zambia, Ivory Coast and Sierra Leone)
•Development of national monitoring and evaluation plans and data system for country health interventions.
•Facilitating & reporting on MESST, data demand & use workshop for Implementing agencies and partners (PEPFAR, World bank and United State Department of Agriculture - USDA)
•Supporting grants (grant making & concept note) in different countries. Includes review of national health information systems (MTRs, HMIS, CBIS and LMIS).
