I’ve been working with various development programs for more than 10 years, mostly with donor organizations. In the last year I’ve been working as Team Leader for Australian Gender Equality and women empowerment program. Prior to this, I have been in the position of Executive Director for Eastern Indonesia Knowledge Exchange Foundation for more than 5 years.
