Professional Experience:

As a Country Learning Coordinator, my job description mirrors that of a Country Director/Chief of Party. Some of my deliverables and results include:

* Increased policy maker and health practitioner participation by 89%, within a year, resulting in an increase in program visibility.
* Develop and implement on-the-job (OTJ) training and mentoring support for 25-member country core group and over 27 state core groups, resulting in consistent increase in the coordination capacity of the management teams.
* Improve implementation capacity of leadership team through development of country-specific JLN structure, project management policies & procedures, result framework, and reporting materials.
* Lead the development and execution of implementation & monitoring plans leading to increased focus on results at both national and state secretariats.

Education:

I have a Masters degree in Development Management and presently a Stanford University Certified Project Manager.
