Professional Experience:

After more than 15 years working in Europe in different areas within the Food Industry and the Academia (the most recent one as a Program Manager at the ETH Zürich, in a research program about nutrition and health), I have decided to converge and redirect all the competencies and insights built up over time into a professional direction that is aligned with the passion I have for ensuring everyone’s right to get nutritious and affordable food in a sustainable manner.
