Professional Experience:
My professional experience allowed me to strengthen my expertise. In Georgia and Armenia I have worked on LRRD and food security resilience of local populations in conflict affected remote areas. The projects were established in light of a systemic analysis covering agricultural and socio-economic considerations; especially, pension payments, market access, land access and credit availability. During this period I have been identifying and drafting projects, which I thereafter had the chance to implement through local teams.
The work in the European Commission (EC)Delegation in Georgia and further, as ECHO representative in Algeria provided me with an insight on the institutional and donor's side.
I have thereafter cumulated seven years experience in monitoring-evaluation of EC funded projects.
I’m autonomous, flexible, adapting to field conditions, able to work alone as well as in a multicultural team. I have a special interest in team work, identifying strength and weaknesses, finding solutions and promoting achievements through a good reporting, while insuring proper communication within the organisation, as well as required with national authorities and other stakeholders.
