Professional Experience:

Started my career in South Africain HR as a generalist and worked in Learning & Development (including training needs analaysis, securing Skills development funding, Training design, External provider management) Performance Management, Talent Management and Recruitment and Industrial & Employee Relations and Employment Law consulting. I was also a Management Consultant on larger Business Transformation Programmes responsible for the People Change communication, process mapping and redesign, Change people development and Employee perception surveys and making recommendations.

In the past 3 years I focused on developing and implementing a strategic workforce planning approach, helpning the comapny identify their future people capability needs and identify solutions that will develop and attract these. I initiated and facilitated the dialogue of senior management of the vision, direction of their team / business functions.

At the end of 2002 I relocated from South Africa to the UK.

I have a business degree (University of South Africa) and a MSC in Occupational and Organisational Psychology (with merit, 2007)
