Professional Experience:

Giorgio has eleven years’ experience in sustainable development, international relations, and learning and applied research.

Between April 2021 and March 2024, he has facilitated the planning, monitoring, evaluation, learning, and learning about learning of the Knowledge Platform for Security and Rule of Law on behalf of Clingendael, the International Development Law Organisation (IDLO), and Saferworld.

Between May 2017 and April 2021, Giorgio has acquired and conducted fifteen complex, multi-country evaluations in the fields of good governance, access to justice, humanitarian action, sustainable economic development and trade, advocacy, and climate change action.

Between February 2014 and April 2017, Giorgio has developed business strategies and led acquisition of open tenders in the field of climate resilience and monitoring and evaluation (the highlight being the acquisition of the £ 25 million Fund and Programme evaluations for the UK Prosperity Fund).
