Tested leader for complex programs in complicated operating environments as demonstrated by completion of three field assignments as Chief of Party (COP) and Deputy COP for USAID regional projects based in Bangkok, Thailand (12 years), Acting COP/DCOP for USAID based in Caracas, Venezuela (1 year) and Project Administrator for USAID based in Manila, Philippines (2 years).
