I have had the experience in working for government as director of employment supervising more than twenty staffs advising government on employment issues including making policy suggestions in this regard. Further as director of monitoring and evaluation, over see the monitoring of project and code activities, supervising research and strategic planning;In the Senior Executive Service Programme, over saw the monitoring of professional performances and made appropriate recommendations whether or not to retain a non-performing staff.
