Professional Experience:

I have worked in Energy, Technical Sales and Marketing for 18 years since I graduated with my first degree in Mechanical Engineering.

In the last 7 years, I have been the Program Leader for the World Bank Group's Lighting Africa Program in Kenya. This program has successfully supported the private sector to commercially disseminate over 3 million quality solar lanterns or kits in Kenya.

I have also worked with innovative LPG solutions that have increased access to cleaner cooking for underprivileged populations in Kenya.

One critical skill I have developed over the years is the strategic implementation of consumer awareness for behavior change. This has been an essential component of product adoption especially in rural, underserved regions. It is also critical when launching new or unknown solutions.
