Giselle spearheaded the launch of the Volunteer Center of Trinidad & Tobago (VCTT) in June 2012 alongside a team of Trinbagonian youth where they created the first interactive platform for connecting volunteers with community based projects via www.vctt.org. Through this platform VCTT focuses on supporting and collaborating with NGOs and CBOs that lend direct support to the fulfillment and pursual of the Sustainable Development Goals.

Key successes of the VCTT team under Giselle's leadership include the connection of its database of over 2000 volunteers to various community based projects. Additionally the organisation is currently pioneering a school civic education programme and the National Survey on the state of volunteerism in Trinidad & Tobago. VCTT’s footprint of impact also extends outside of the shores of Trinidad & Tobago as VCTT maintains that giving transcends borders and boundaries. On this principle the Caribbean Volunteer eXchange was birthed as a regional network to facilitate volunteer collaboration among volunteer involving agencies from across the islands: cvx.vctt.org
