As a long-term Senior Business Development Expert by EPTISA SEE (South East Europe), over the past ten (10) years, I’ve got excellent analytical skills and a deep knowledge in developing successful project plans, communicating expectations clearly, organizing, implementing, reporting, monitoring, controlling and evaluating programs and projects in line with management guidelines, of the various World Bank/EIB/EBRD procedures. Also during my experience of 6 additional years in the Albanian market I’ve got very skillful how to reach out targets knowing what results-management is. My contribution to the company led gradually to an increased business volume by 5 times more in local market.
My experience throughout my career in numerous Project Management roles for EU funded projects via EBRD, EIB, USAID, the Austrian Development Agency, Swiss Development Agency or other cross-functional, international teams, has taught me the importance of building trusted relationships and inspiring a shared project vision, developing innovative solutions to critical problems, balancing stakeholder expectations with those of the company, and establishing an efficient and effective systems of operation. I am recommended by my managers for my outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, which facilitated developing networks and very productive working partnerships.
Also my experience in the Banking sector serving exclusively to the clients, to fulfil their needs professionally and on time, which makes me totally and fully client’s oriented also helped me to strengthen the communication skills between clients, high management and peers. The 8 years’ experience in the sector also taught me to take often initiative becoming independent in defining and clarifying goals and responsibilities for all key players in the process. Also being in charge with loans starting with the financial situation of the client and analyzing the capacity to pay it back I became an expert in understanding different business model and managing the risk management.
I have spent most of my professional career working in an International Environment within my home country and abroad. This includes positions in International Organization, Public Administration, Foreign Banks in Tirana, the EU Delegation in Albania and in various projects funded by EUD (European Union Delegation) I have also significant working experience in Vienna, Belgrade, North Macedonia and Bolivia. This is the main source of my strong interest to continue working in an international and multicultural environment, where I find myself at ease and also because I used to live in Vienna for 10 years and I consider myself as I belong to this city. I also have got the Permanent Permit ion of Living in Austria Forever. My two daughters are currently living in Vienna too.
