A civil engineer by training, Fredrick has more than 13 years’ experience in managing poor-inclusive water and sanitation initiatives. He has advised public institutions on water and sanitation reforms including public-private initiatives and growing markets targeting the urban poor. Fredrick has a solid understanding of trends and issues in global development and what works in sub-Saharan Africa.
