Professional Experience:

After studies in economic and political science, I worked as a certified chartered accountant & independent auditor and entrepreneur for about twenty years.

Thereafter, I worked for international organizations, first for the OSCE in Kosovo and the OPCW, a UN agency in the Netherlands as Head of Finance and Budget, and then for the European Commission in Anglophone and Francophone Sub-Saharan countries, in Cambodia and in Syria....

I was evaluator and policy advisor of aid development projects as well as administrative and financial capacity building expert.

In France and at the same time, I created and developed a company which purpose was public health policy evaluation and consulting in strategy, organization and performance.

I am a specialist of change management an a fully graduated psychopractioner.
