I have been a project officer with World Vision, and Save the Children (Norway), ensuring the successful completion of projects from the planning stages, to the implementation, through to post monitoring and evaluation of same projects.I have also been a researcher, working with Save the Children. I was part of a team that gathered information on child illegal cross-border migration in Southern Africa. With one of the World Vision projects, the goal was to implement a cash transfer programme that would help families have access to other social services through monetary assistance, instead of always receiving food items only.Exposure to all these projects helped me garner a lot of field experience as I would be involved in every stage of the project. In total, I have over a decade's work experience with international non-governmental organisations.
A Master of Science degree holder in Public Health, attained in 2021 with the University of South Wales, UK. The course covered subject areas such as Epidemiology in Public Health, Health Governance and Economics, Leadership and Change, Promoting Health, and Evidence in Public Health, among others.
I was a television show presenter on a programme that advocated for Children's rights in Zimbabwe, bringing more awareness to issues that affected children around the country.
