Professional Experience:

I am the CEO of Up with People, leading global youth development and community empowerment. In 2 years in this role, I have revived the organization with a new vision, grown a small team of 4 to global staff of 30+ and 100 volunteers; Successfully launched 3 innovative programs in USA, LATAM and India, forged over 50 global partnerships, dramatically boosted our digital presence almost 400%, impacting over 55,000 young people worldwide.
In my 25 year career in the nonprofit sector, I have held key leadership roles at UNDP, Aspen Institute, World Bank, PATH, the Desai Foundation, and the Global Education & Leadership Foundation, driving impact across gender equity, climate, health access, education, and governance. My work has spanned multiple continents and diverse cultures.
I am considered a turnaround specialist and a leading voice in the sector for advancing diversity equity and inclusion and for building sustainable practices, sound operations and funding for organizations.
