Professional Experience:
I have ten years of experience in social development, youth education and communication in Bangladesh, Japan, Maldives, Philippines, Sri Lanka, Taiwan, Tanzania and the United Kingdom. I have managed the programme in an indigenous trust in a post-war country, collaborating with a range of grass-roots partners, spearheading the whole process of grant management and working closely with the board of trustees. I serve as a trainer on the international leadership team of a global organization. I have worked on a number of short-term research assignments involving organizational assessments, strategic planning, micro financing, women’s participation, capacity building and community participation in development for international agencies. My inter-disciplinary background is my Unique Selling Proposition in my ability to conceptualise and address issues in multi-dimensional ways. I am looking for work in the programme or research section of a development agency.
