Professional Experience:

Associate Vice-President, GMR Group India: Recruited to provide technical and thought leadership in project operations and forge key corporate and community partnerships. Accountable for P & L, Annual Operating Plans, program design, project management, countrywide operations management, SOPs & SLAs, resource mobilization, and new business development. Managed $25M project budgets and $1M operations budget. Supervised operations and management staff of 750+.

General Manager, Knight Frank India:Brought on board to expand organization’s footprint in India. Challenged to improve product quality, staff training and retention, and boost profitability through innovation and sound fiscal management during time of recession. Oversaw annual budget of $2M, interacted with state and local government officials, and supervised staff of 130+. Managed 13+ projects simultaneously, delivering within strict budget and time constraints. Position entailed 70-80% travel.

Project Manager, TTI USA: Oversaw work of contractors and enforced quality standards and timelines to deliver critical project. Accountable for design, testing, installation, and training. Worked closely with state government agencies: California Department of Transportation, Bay Area Toll Authority, and Golden Gate Bridge Authority.

Research Assistant, UDRI USA: Recruited as a University of Dayton research graduate. Conducted Ohio Department of Transportation-sponsored research without direction and developed statistical model to calculate Crash Reduction Factors (CRFs) utilizing SAS.

Founder/CEO, Savli Enterprises India: Founded, grew, and led start-up enterprise specializing in pre-fabricated structures and allied building services. Oversaw all phases of projects from negotiation and planning through design and execution. Helmed high-value, challenging construction projects, including hospital, hotel, and Indian Institute of Technology, delivering within stringent time, space, and budgetary constraints.
