Manohar Badthodi Shenoy is a recognized expert with over 25 years of professional experience in International Relief and Development in Afghanistan, India, Indonesia, Kenya, South Sudan and Uganda besides work travel and program development/participation experience in Bangladesh, Cambodia, Ethiopia, Europe, Guatemala, Nepal, South Africa, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Tanzania and the USA.
He brings a suite of skills in international development that support his career objective of continuing to play a senior leadership role in a progressive international development, social or business organization focusing on creating solutions that enable global-scale political, social and economic transformations through models that are replicable, scalable and sustainable and have the potential to be growth engines for BOP populations by leveraging people, processes and technologies.
Manohar is a recognized expert in leadership, strategy, analysis, business development including developing long-range strategic plans and creating innovative models for business success, raising funds, managing finance and grants and strong program management.
Mr. Shenoy has domain experience in Public Health and Nutrition, Education, Gender, Livelihoods and Food Security and Disaster Management. He has the skills to provide the necessary leadership in various settings and in different domains having developed experience over the years in Health and Nutrition, Primary Education, Livelihoods and Food Security and Disaster Management. He has led and managed programs and over 400a staff and multimillion-dollar programs in challenging environments including fragile, conflict and post-conflict states and in some of the least developed countries such as Afghanistan, Ethiopia, Indonesia, India, Kenya, Southern Sudan and Uganda besides work travel-related experience in Bangladesh, Cambodia, Europe, Guatemala, Nepal and the United States.
